    This is by far the worse prison phone service ever! Phones for all prisons in ** are done daily and weekly . This is the only way our LOs can communicate to the outside world . How can this prison system continue to keep on this company ? Why doesnt DOC change this ? Many, many people complain and nothing is done . ICS solutions has horrible customer service . They never get back to you when you do complain then blame its the prison . Please is there help out there ?

    they have a monopoly on the ** Prison system communication lines , so they never need to be accountable for the poor quality of service they provide. A whole prison will not be able to communicate via txt msging, phone calls or video visits. they just state "the system is down" this has happened and continues to happen on a regular basis. I guess they feel they're isn't any other options for prisoners or their families so they can continue to make money for sub par service capabilities. Thanks IC solutions and the state of ** ****

    This is they do what ever they want ,I don't know if business like this spost exist more than 7 times video visit has been unsuccessful freeze the picture, connection lost ,appointment not able to make an they website in last 7 days even can't sign in my account called the customer service they hang up on me after been an hold will contact *********************** and file complain in next week thank you ICS Solutions Stilling customers money the worst Business in *** **********************
