    Despite having a good relationship with Hansen for a few years in doing our plumbing work, I will no longer be working with them, as I feel that they did not take responsibility for their mistakes with the work they were doing in the house.In the winter, the plumber cut a pipe to my HVAC unit without knowledge that he had cut off service to this unit. I didn't give permission for this to occur either.As a result, when I realized this is what happened, I called and asked them to fix the pipe as a pro **** measure since it was a mistake. I didn't feel it was my responsibility to pay for an error they made.Although it is December and cold out, it took them two phone calls and over four hours later to call me and let me know they would charge me for the work but they'd be happy to send someone out to do it.As a small business owner, I feel this is a terrible way to treat clients. It is important for businesses to take responsibility for the actions they have caused. I clearly told the owner on the phone that I would no longer be using their services moving forward.
