    ***'s Invoice states at the top "Honest and Affordable." Ha. Honest.... how about rude. He was recommended to ** by a relative. When he arrived, he had his brother ***** with him. ***** introduced both of them to me. Odd. When they stepped into my house, *** said "divide and conquer since it's Friday" - we were replacing 2 faucets. That was the first red flag. ***** replaced our upstairs bathroom faucet, no issues. *** replaced our kitchen faucet and in the process, one of the shut off valves broke. He was SO angry. When I talked to him, he was extremely short and rude. A couple hours after they left, I noticed water under our kitchen sink. I texted *** - he said "It's probably the dishwasher shutoff. It's not the new faucet install." Excuse me? Then he texted "We did not supply the faucet. Probable a defect." I wanted him to come out and LOOK; he was worried about being compensated. We called another plumber who came out and found the problem, it was a broken part in the drain pipe. The other plumber said that there is no way a plumber would not have noticed this. So our new faucet was NOT defective. Bottom line, don't have Tom the Plumber out on a Friday or ask him to come back to check his work. And be prepared to pay another plumber to finish the job. I gave him one star because his brother was courteous.
