    Flight de2016 01/12/2023 Business class *********>JFK I booked this flight back in December and as I boarded i realized it was not a condor plane! I asked the stewardess what was going and they informed me that infact condor is using ********** airlines for their flight to ***.I was never made aware of this.Then there was no TV?My seat did not move as it should on a business class flight. Broken seat. Charging port for electronic devices did not work. So what exactly did i pay for when i paid for a business class flight? No tv no reclining seat and a dead cell phone . So for 9 hours i sat and stared at a blank head rest infront of me all while i paid for the business class convenience ! NOT FAIR ! I contacted condor and about 5 attempts later i get a response without an apology or any offering in how they can fix my experience. They stated how my initial purchase of the ticket i received a confirmation email of my ticket info and on that same page they added in small lettering in that letter that the flight is operated by SmartLynx and thats the flight i was on and not condor. So how am i supposed to know what a smartlynx is??? I booked this ticket through condor website, i should be flying on condor!!! Not smartlynx. Why am i blamed for this? Condor needs to fix this or small claims court it is. Not fair ! I will never book with condor ever. Again P.s RUDE STAFF!!!

    I made the worst decision to trust condor airline with my travel plans including flight, and luggage. This company has horrible customer service. I was traveling for vacation. They literally lost my baggage, and it ended up in ******* while I was in Africa. All of my belongings were away from me during my entire trip. Clothes, toiletries, etc., did not make it to my destination. It took 6 days for me to get my luggage. They did not refund me, nor did they offer any type of apology or compensation. DO NOT TRUST THIS AIRLINE. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ENTIRE TRIP.
