    My experience with this daycare has been profoundly disappointing. The level of professionalism exhibited by the staff, particularly the owner and her assistant, is alarmingly low. They have consistently demonstrated a lack of integrity, often fabricating stories about "school policy" to justify their actions. This behavior appears to be a coordinated effort between them, as they frequently support each other's misleading claims.A particularly distressing incident occurred when I was informed that my daughter would not be allowed to graduate unless I paid an additional $160. Despite having already settled all tuition fees for my daughter, and despite their own records confirming this payment, the owner insisted on this extra charge. When I attempted to clarify the situation, she brought her husband into the discussion as a means of intimidation.During our confrontation, he aggressively demanded immediate payment and threatened to remove my daughter from the school. I stood firm in my position, reiterating that all dues had been paid. In response to my refusal to comply with his demands, he called the police to have me removed from the premises. Fortunately, law enforcement recognized that I was not in violation of any laws and did not proceed with any removal.While it is worth noting that many of the teachers at this daycare are genuinely kind and caring individuals, the overall management practices are deeply concerning and warrant investigation. The unprofessional conduct displayed by the owner and her husband raises serious questions about their business ethics and operational standards.
