    Business continues to send advertisement to my home despite being told to remove me from their mailing lists two seperate times. I was nearly scammed by them during a previously unreported transaction and now wish for this company to cease all contact effective immediately.

    Movies Unlimited is causing a problem again but for a different reason than last time. This time it is in regard to a refund of $152.66 for 7 cancelled DVDs. Been doing business with them for decades in fact just this year alone I spent $3,297.94 on DVDs from them. Just that one problem I sought you out for them taking misinformation from a credit check outfit that gave them faulty information.I have sent emails to their customer services department in regards to where my refund is but nobody seems to be working in that department hence I have no answer and no refund yet!!Wonder if you could ask them what is going on with my refund and how soon I might be seeing it?!!

    On 11/7/23 we processed your order# 107326389.  You sent us a check for $152.66 for 7 items.  However, the order was not cancelled and was shipped in 5 different shipments.

    All shipments show that they have been delivered.  We do not understand why a refund is being requested as none of these items have been returned for a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:None of the 7 dvd's were ever delivered from Movies Unlimited. If they did send them out it never got here. I had to order them from Critics Choice after I had Cancelled them from Movies unlimited. Hence they owe me a refund $152.66. this is list of  dvds less one ****** of which none were delivered.

    Purchased on 12/1/23$22.11 with the purchase price for a DVD, they denied getting the order but money was taken out of my checking account

    I had placed an order for a few DVD'S yesterday morning the 27 of January 2023. All went well but later in day email sent stating order was canceled because of credit card used. The order number was ********* and was paid through Fortiva Mastercard # ****************. I called credit card carrier and was informed transaction went through. Upon reaching out to Movies Unlimited today they say it is something with billing address and order does not show. What is going on!!!
