      Highly recommended to anyone dealing with an outrageous hospital bill. I can't believe how messed up our healthcare system is. I applied for financial aid with the hospital and after months of waiting and going through their bull providing bank statements and tax returns and all that they ended up sending my bills to collections without even telling me. I was referred to this company by a friend who used them before and couldn't ask for ****************. They disputed my bills with the collection agency and stopped the whole thing. The collection agency was forced to send back my bills to the hospital, and they wrote it off. Very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them to anyone in my situation.

      This agency is the ******** I had hospital bill that I felt like I was overcharged for so when I looked up the *** code and I should have been charged just hundreds not thousands. I then tried to contact billing and you would think I was applying for a million dollar loan for all the information they wanted just to get my bill discounted and it took months for them to just keep asking for more and more information. But when I found this agency online and did some research I hit a gold mine. After contacting them and them letting me know what I had to do and the process now my bill is showing $0 and this only took bout 6 weeks. I was emailing them so much i just knew I was getting on their nerves lol. Thanks again Freelance Physicians for your help??

      I got sued by a collection agency and couldn't get a lawyer to accept my case. All the lawyers I contacted in the ****** area said they wouldn't be able to help unless my debt is too old or I don't recognize the hospital charges. When I was doing a search online I came across this company. They found evidence to dispute my hospital bill and sent a letter to the collection agency's attorney. The case got dismissed and I didn't pay a dime to these sharks.

      Didn't know when I went to the ** for stomach pain that I'll end up staying in the hospital for 3 days. My bill was ridiculously high. I spent weeks calling the hospital to get it lowered to a sum I'm able to afford and they had nothing to offer me but a payment plan. Knowing what happened to a friend who was in a similar situation and fell for their payment plan scam I didn't fall for it. I knew they'll just take my money for a year or 2 then turn the remaining balance to collection and I'll be back to square one minus all the money I pay them which basically goes towards late charges and such. Thank God I found this company when I was desperately looking for help online. They seemed professional and they were the only company that cancels the entire bill rather than discount it. I just received a confirmation from the hospital yesterday that my bill was written off. I'm grateful. Thank you freelance.
