    This issue is about service. They were out to fix my washer / dryer. Two weeks later, dryer started to make a banging noise. I've called to have them come out and look at the problem as their temporary fix did not work. Since i already paid for the original repair work, they said they were going to call to schedule someone out, but they haven't. Their tech said they were going to call another day, or they would just show up to look at the issue. I've made multiple calls and trips to the store and spoke to the owner and wife, but no one has called or stopped by. The reception person has been very rude and disputes the fact they've called using B******* language and to call someone else and hung up. After several days went back to the store to talk to owner who now was rude, didn't want to talk and just ran off to his car. No one has called, ever or stopped by to look at the issue. I would not recommend nor will i do business again with them.
