    They're money hungry shady practices are not good. I inherited a pool table so I called to the table relocated and assembled and was given a $500 plus price but when they arrived I was told the table wasn't a "slate"table and wasn't worth buying and while talking to me the other person was trying to purchase it from under me..and when I informed them this was my brother's and he passed and it was sentimental to me then they moved the table to my home. Once I got it home it wouldn't fit and I was told by the movers I will need to have some modification to my wall done to get it in and they would deduct $100off the price and if I can get the area removed in a 30day period or sooner they would come back and set it up for the $100that was deducted. 2weeks passed and I had the area removed as instructed but when I called to have them come out I was told it would cost me $400 to come back and not the $100 that I was originally told...I informed him that not what I was told and the representative for this store told me that's the cost is $400 and if it fit the 1st time I wouldn't have to pay that.I WILL NEVER SHOP OR SEND ANY TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE IF THEY DON'T BUY A PRODUCT FROM UNDER YOU THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU. THIS IS A VERY BAD PRACTICE ?? AND IF YOU SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE BE PREPAIRED TO BE SCREWED....I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 1/2 OF A STAR....TRUE CON ARTISTS!!!!!!!

    We apologise for any misunderstanding.We did not discuss purchasing this table as we deal exclusively in slate pool tables and do not purchase non-slate pool tables.All quotes must come from our service manager, whom you spoke with over the phone.We do not usually move non-slate pool tables, however due to your unique circumstances of the situation, and the information provided we made an exception for you.Your contact at the pick up assured us that the table would be able to enter the destination safely.As we advised, the day of the job your pool table, being a 1 piece non slate top that could not be disassembled, could not safely maneuver around a corner at the destination without damage, necessitating modification to the entryway.After discovering this at the destination we stored the table on site as directed by your contact till you could resolve the aforementioned issues.We then advised that when the space was prepared for a safe move, to contact us to set up a time to come install the table at a later date.Our original quote was for 1 trip, please understand that there is an additional cost for any additional trips not on the original quote and not due to an error on our part.Should you change your mind and still need the service, please do not hesitate to reach out. We understand it can be difficult to find service for these types of pool tables due to their design.Regards,Dennis
