What have a gotten myself into? A mess thats what I was in desperate need of a car so I go to my local Byrider the cars where all crappy but I settled on a 2009 GMC Arcadia it had over 160k miles but they assured me a new engine was put in I figured ok it has a brand new engine big enough for me and my family and what other choice did I have well I tell you I should have never signed first they charge over 3x what the car is then I had a problem with my bank and had to wait on a new card to be sent to be The rep was sooo rude saying the will repo the car the car may I add that I found out the first warm day we had that ac doesnt work which was not told to me at the time of test driving or signing so I get the money on my way to make the payment Boom the car breaks down on the high way I wasnt sure if the warranty so I ended up paying for the tow this was late Saturday they didnt open Monday and I explained what happen they fixed the car fast called the next day and s*** it was ready to be picked up I get a friend they call back 25 mins later said they will not release the car because I was behind a few days I explained I paid for a tow had to pay for rides I am out of money and get paid again this Friday they said it was nothing they could do even though I havent had the car for 30 ********* needed a new alternator and the trouble and money I had to spend on transportation even though I have a brand new car they dont care about customers and are participating in predatory lending setting the customer up to fail they take advantage of customers with lower credit scores and treat you like you are a criminal because of it price gouging cars not making sure they are in good condition before putting them out to sale then in such a hurry to repo you n put a negative **** on you credit any one who has completely their loan from start to finish I commend you if I have to go threw another 3 years of this idk what I will do

I bought a car from the Tyler ******** with very slim inventory like six cars to choose from. Ended up with a **** escape with abs system lights on that they promised to fix, I have had the car for four months now and still not fixed because they cannot give me a loaner car. Service *****, nobody wants anything to do with you if you have problems. I do not recommend anyone buying a car from them it's a ridiculous place that claims things they cannot hold up to. Oil changes are Monday thru Friday 7:30-9am! People are at work trying to pay for their cars under crappy circumstances! CNAC and Byryder y'all are crooks!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every time I call the old grumpy man gave me a hard time. I really dont understand why he still works there. They simply dont care about their customers. I didnt even have my car for a year and the A/C didnt work the car needed a whole new engine, battery and many more things I cant think of how you say them. Then the bank is sooo inconsiderate they didnt even care repeatedly told me if I didnt pay they are going to repo my car. Overall worst place to get a car from.

They are a scam.i bought a gmc terrain and before I even signed a thing I asked if the warranty work was done because gm has a extended warranty on them for rings and pistons and if the work is not done the engine fails.they assured me that the work was done.it was not.the engine blew a few months after I purchased the car.then on top of that cnac made a bunch of fraudulent charges on my checking account.after multiple attempts to have them delete my debit card they refused and continued to charge it.they only had permission for a one time charge but they continued to charge it and it cost me more money in overdraft fees and stuff.when the motor in my vehicle went they called me and threatened me saying I better still make my payments or they will garnish all my wages and destroy my credit. I'm am still fighting with them.they refuse to take any responsibility for their actions even though they broke the law and lied about the vehicle I purchased from them.its a scam and do not go to byrider or the joke of a self proclaimed bank like cnac.they refuse to get the vehicle and are harassing me and my family on a daily basis.

I purchased my 2014 Dodge Journey through JD Byrider of ********** ** in November 2020. My payments are ****** every 2 weeks plus an additional 36 every 2 weeks for their " Insurance" which was supposed to drop about ************************************************************* which it did not, about 6 months ago my battery light kept coming on and then after driving would eventually go off. I called the service department and took it in to be looked at. They came to the conclusion it was the battery..( Cheapest Fix) I paid 25 dollars for labor and a new battery. Come to find out from a local dodge dealership when it started happening again, it is actually a failing alternator and there was nothing wrong with my previous battery. and he was 100% sure they knew that but chose to put a battery in to push it off longer because it is covered in my warranty...that costs me 72 dollars per month on top of my 482 dollar note per month. I called the service department again and let them know what I found out. They are pretty booked so I could be without my car for a few days. Well that isn't going to work for me because I drive 80 miles a day to and from work and this is my only vehicle and I pay 72 dollars a month extra for the " Coverage" of the car itself which only covers the car...I found that out not too long ago as well, a rental should be paid for in my opinion. I have tried to trade my vehicle in 3 different times now and each time the buy-out is too high even though..let me do the math... I put over ***** down, to begin with mind you...I have paid them without the insurance amount added on over $****** dollars...The purchase price...14,986....still says I owe over ***** dollars...hmmm soooo $5,000 in interest? in less than 2 yrs! Companies like this should be held accountable for price gouging. This is ridiculous! Don't purchase a vehicle from here or anyplace like it because you will be paying ****** for a car worth ******.
