    I attended an event at the forge it was big boogie on June 17th and due to delayed flight of the artist it had to be rescheduled July 8th. Ticket web sent out emails June 17th right after they announced the rescheduled date and it said if we cannot or do not want to attend rescheduled event we can get refund if we send in our order confirmation number to the refunds email at *********. I have done this and they claim that the event organizer was dealing with all refunds. My friend attended with me and she received her refund June 22nd. As of now they have denied me of mine which I paid $200 for the ticket and gave me no reason to why or who I can get into contact with directly to figure out the issue. I feel as if this is very unprofessional and should be addressed!!
