      On June 19,2022, my husband dropped off dry cleaning at the Central dry cleaning in Shorewood,**. He dropped off a 2 piece suit ******************* along with 2 additional suit jackets & possibly a pair of slacks. I picked up the dry cleaning a few days later when it was ready & I didn't receive my son's suit. My son had been on his honeymoon & asked me about his suit 2 weeks after I had picked up the dry cleaning. On my invoice there are 5 red tickets stapled to the invoice, (which I made a copy of and delivered to them). I was told that I dropped off more items besides the 2 jackets & a suit. The lady made a big deal about the amount of red tags not matching the amount of items I had. Either way we did not get the suit & this is another error on their part. If I brought in a pair of slacks it wasn't even listed on the ************** also marked 2 items as shirts instead of the two sport coats. If the items were marked correctly, I wouldn't be making this claim. I never take men's dress shirts to the dry cleaner. I always wash them myself. I've contacted this company multiple times asking them to try to locate the suit or to compensate my son for the price of his suit. I was told that they would contact me with updates as to whether they found his suit or how to get compensated for his suit. I was finally told that I would have to fill out a form and file a ************ would contact me when they had the form. They never called me and they never gave me the form. I have gone to their location and given them a copy of the dry cleaning ticket. It wasn't until my son asked about his suit that we actually took a closer look at the ticket. Unfortunately by this time it was too late and my son's suit was lost. We figured our items were tagged and that they would all be returned to **. I'm looking for compensation for the suit that was never found. It was the suit that my son wore in his wedding. Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter.*******************************

      This complaint was sent to the wrong business.  It clearly states in the complaint "Central Cleaners."  The Shorewood Laundromat does not take in Dry Cleaning.  We share the same plaza, but have different suite numbers.  Please address this to the same address, but replace Shorewood Laundromat with Central Cleaners.
