    I had a wood fence installed. 8/6/2022They never inspected the fence. They claim to provide a year warranty. The fence has been peeling and is very uneven. My concern is they will not honor the warranty. I can not get the company to respond back to me at all.

    Had our fence installed in 2020. We have had issues since install. They came out to fix a section that fell after a windstorm. Next big wind storm noticed the gate was sagging. Called for them to come out and fix. Worker came out and screwed fence post to the side of garage. They where supposed to saw cut the post and install it the way its in our contract and what we paid for. I have made multiple phones calls and have driven in to talk to the secretary. I continue to get the run around. We paid a lot of money for a nice fence. Not only did they ruin our new siding but the fence is no holding up. The gate is bad but also sections of the fence are bad due to them cutting pieces to short. We would like for things to be repaired

    On 10/22/22 I took out a loan for $5450 for a wooden fence to keep my dog safe in my back yard. After getting the $50 city permit, work began on 11/16/22. The workers arrived around 10 am and worked all day until dark. The project was not complete and they promised to return the next day. They have yet to return to complete work, and after many unanswered phone calls, I have found several complaints similar to mine on line. My sales **** ***** no longer accepts calls, and his mailbox is full. The fence is unfinished with uneven posts and no toppers, the gate is not attached correctly and has a large space between gate and fence post. The dog was able to escape immediately from under the fence. Many pieces of lumber are left all over the yard and mud is everywhere.

    I am rejecting this response because:I never received a call from Ameridream Fence, nor did they come to finish the job. 

    In the mean time, we have received a complaint from code citys enforcement because the company did not have the city of Homewood, ******** inspect the post holes before adding cement.  We received a court summons for a hearing on the matter, on January 3,  2023. 

    Our yard is still in disarray and the posts have neither been leveled, nor have the toppers been added. We are still unable to use our backyard for our dog, and the gate doesnt open all the way.

    We had scheduled a service out and because of the weather our crews were unable to make it to complete any work and they are currently on break from the holidays and will be coming back on the 3rd of January, we can set up the service to level up the post and fix the other issues that the customer is having that day also.

    Thank you for following up on my case. (# 18471891) Unfortunately I missed the email you sent on January 23, and appreciate you notifying me today. 

    Ameridream has not contacted me, nor have they completed any of the work since November. Please consider reopening my case. 

    As mentioned before, I believe some financial compensation is in order for my inability to use the yard as intended by building a fence. We are not yet able to secure our dog in the yard because its both dangerous, and she has been able to easily escape.

    We had Ameridream install a fence in our backyard in April 2022, and are having a continual problem with our gate. It was improperly installed and we observed that the materials apoeared to be flimsy for an enclosure which is used on a daily basis. To our dismay, not soon after installation (about two months later) the gate fell to pieces because the holes where the two metal poles secure the gate to our driveway at the bottom were not drilled deep enough. This was confirmed by ***, who we think is the owner, when he eventually came out to view the damage after we reported what had happened. About a month after the gate was repaired, we noticed that the screws securing the gate at the top and bottom were starting to come out because the gate had now not been repaired properly, and asked them to return and reinforce the screws or possibly replace them with lag bolts. After several texts, emails and phone calls, we were told by the receptionist that 'she didn't think anyone would come out because there is nothing wrong with the gate.' It is insulting to us to be gaslighted like this and we will be pursuing legal action if our gate is not repaired. We paid almost $8000 for the fence, and it is covered fully under warranty for one year. Also, the customer service is very poor. It is difficult to get in contact with anyone when there is a problem, and the company doesn't appear to stand behind its product, focusing more on making a sale than maintaining good customer relations.

    The screws are coming out of the gate and the whole gate will soon fall apart with normal use. The spacing is not normal and that is why we were complaining. Our fence is under warranty and they are not correcting their mistake.

    I had a fence put in summer 2021 with a 1 year warranty parts and labor. Cost was about ****. The post supporting the gate failed november 2021. It drags on the ground and is collapsing worse and worse. Its rigged currently. The company has been nearly impossible to get a hold of. The phone number on ****** is wrong and I keep getting the run around and they never answer or call back. I left a poor honest review on ****** stating my issues and they showed up the next day. I took the review down til it resolved and they never showed up again. The next time I somehow got through I was told it was out of warranty. Its out of warranty because they arent doing anything about it and now time has passed a year. The warranty is a scam. The communication is non existent and the materials are defective. The work was ultra shabby but its the gate post that truly made this a problem.
