    Very frustrating dealing with this company! They installed a fence on 4/9/25 and left gaps between every channel of the fence, ran out of material so I have a mix match colors tan and white and they did not secure the post caps down on the fence. I was told by the lady in the office the channels are pre-manufactured and that's why they are not even! I was not informed about this imperfection prior to install and a manager would come out to inspect and the installers would come back 4/12 to replace section with wrong color and secure post caps! I've called multiple times and the same story a manager will and come out, it's now 5/9 and still have heard or seen anyone! Buy beware!

    We recently had Cedar Rustic Fence Co. install a vinyl fence at our home in Lombard, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the first consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. The quality of the vinyl fence is outstanding — it looks beautiful and feels built to last. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. They made sure everything was installed perfectly and cleaned up the job site before they left. We've already gotten so many compliments from our neighbors!     This is the second time we have used Cedar Rustic. The first was a wood fence at our old house. They installed a vinyl fence at our new house. The final product is beautiful. The sales rep gave us a competitive quote. They installed our fence in one day. The yard was clean when the crew left. We love our fence.

    THIS BUSINESS IS A RIP OFF I TALK TO A LADY 10X IN THE LAST 5 YEARS NEVER EVER SENT ANYONE OUT TO REPAIR T H E FENCE THEY DID NOT EVEN PUT THE FENCE ON THE LINE THEY LEFT A GAP THEY GET A ZERO I CALLED 8X SINCE FRIDAY THEY CLOSED AT 100 FRIDAY LONG FENCE IS WAITING TO SATISFY CEDAR RUSTIC CUSTOMERS CEDAR RUSTIC WONT SO I WILL PAY OUT OF MY POCKET FOR SOMEONE THAT IS SKILL LIKE **** OWNER FOR LONG FENCE IN **** IND TO FIX CEDAR RUSTIC THE POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP
