    Attorney ******************************* ,felled to comply with me regarding a court date for my bankruptcy case. I contacted her Jan/2024 asking about the court date , she replied the case was thrown out cause I didnt show up , I replied to her and said I never received a court date . She replied and said she emailed it to me ,i checked all my email and not one was for a court date . I gave her permission to speak to my mom on my behalf and she did in the past . I emailed her , and so did my mom asking for a refund and replied saying she can give me 300 , I replied no thats not aaceptable .a court date this important should've been texted , emailed ,a phone call or certified mail with a follow up to make sure i received knowledge of the date, non was demonstrated and thats not fair to me , I asked for a refund because I still have to file with someone else , she demonstrated she doesnt have my best interest .I refuse the $300 offer , she not answering my call , nor replying to no emails . I just want a refund so I can retain another Attorney , Thank you
