    The facility is stating I owe for months November and December of 2023. Those payments were made in their respecting months by certified mail. The company is not allowed me access to my property which is a violation of my consumer right. They have misappropriated my payments for 6 months now. Stating I cannot write checks and adding a bogus late payment to my online account which forced me in to writing checks.

    I have provided a copy of the signed lease along with other documentation for tenant, *************************. **************** is subject to the terms of the lease which includes late fees, lien fees, etc. that are outlined in page 3 of the lease in bold type. ******************** payments are not always on time resulting in late fees that she does not pay. **************** continues to short her monthly payment which results in additional late fees creating a rent balance. Payments are applied towards those balances first. **************** has received a rental increase on 10/1/2023 for a total rent amount of $173./mo. **************** sends Money orders in the amount of $154/mo. We have given **************** several credits towards her account in the time that she has rented her unit with us. Rental increases are emailed and mailed to the tenant, text messages regarding balances are also sent along with phone calls, if **************** is not receiving that information (I believe that she is as she has reached out to the BBB) it is her responsibility to notify us of such a change. We also provide tenants a variety of payment options such as Paying in the local office, at the kiosk, online, by mail or with a representative at our call center. If **************** elects to pay by Money order and send that certified that is her choice. As a resolution, the tenant would need to pay the balance owed or we would consider a buyout agreement where we agree on a set amount that the tenant pays and then vacates the facility.

    This organization is full of scammers and con artist I was kind and ripped off by a current employee as well as a past manager.
