      Thomas Nissans staff people are very pleasant to deal with till there's a problem. My daughter bought a 24 rogue from them. Was promised a first oil change ge free. When she went toget her oil changed she was told no. I was there when she bought the car and heard him say it. When salesman was confronted about it he denied it. He even got very rude about it. Make sure you get everything in writing.

      I made an appointment online to replace my battery specifically for my 2018 ***** *** the price showing online for the battery replacement is ******, that price is showing specifically for the type of battery my car needs, yesterday I pulled up at the garage for my appointment and the advisor (really unhelpful by the way) she asked me if I already checked the price and make sure they have the battery in stock, really? I made the appointment 5 days ago and you want me to make sure the battery is in stock, that's your job, you already know I am coming for a battery replacement and you need to let me know if you don't have the battery so you can give me another date for my replacement, and of course I checked the price, ******, then she said let me make sure we have the battery and the price, she made a phone call and the she said, the battery is in stock, but the price is 400 something, I don't remember the exactly amount, I asked her why is 400 something? She said because that's the cost of the battery for that type of car, I told her, the last time I came for a battery replacement was 180 dollars (NISSAN brand) so are you telling me the price increase more than 100% in less than five years? And she said well, you can purchase an aftermarket battery but the price for that car is 400 something, I asked her why online the price is ****** and she was like trying to check online for a second and immediately she said again I dond know but the price for that car is 400 and something dollars, so I said nevermind, I came home and checked online again and the price for the type of battery my 2018 altima needs is ******, I contacted nissan and they apologized for the experience at this dealership and they said they are going to forward my message so Thomas Nissan can contact me about this experience, one day after, nobody respond to my email yet. I made a review at ****** and somebody answer my review asking me to send an email to an address he provide, i did it and no answer.

      JULY 18, 2024 I took my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder because the interior lights are not working. They replaced a relay because they said it was damaged due to high voltage and then they charged me $390.00. But after the relay replacement, still haven't fixed the lights issue!! A technician named *******'s recommendation is to replace the room lamp harness and the cost will be $ *******!!!- Thank God, I refused their service. I went to another car repair service to get a second opinion and ****** car service just replaced the blown fuse, they fixed the light issue in my car at no cost!! I will try to contact the Nissan corporate because I feel bad about other customers. Please DON'T USE their car service!!

      Purchased a 2023 Nissan Kicks SV. Within four weeks two messages appeared on the dashboard. Warning Malfunction See Owner's Manual and Warning Parking Sensor Error See Owner's Manual. Two symbols: Master Warning Light (yellow triangle) and Rear Automatic Braking (RAB) Warning Light (yellow rear car crash). *****, sales manager phoned my home. I explained two warning symbols on dashboard. Sales manager stated bring it in, it just needs to be reset. Service April 28, 2023. Advisor stated I know you have a new car warranty, but the diagnostic fee $175 isn't covered under your warranty. Advisor, another customer had problems due to rodent causing damage. I stated that did not apply to my situation. I refused to pay a diagnostic fee. Technician did not service my vehicle. I returned same day hoping to speak with a manager. No manager in the building. I did explain earlier experience to salesman. He also repeated same rhetoric concerning rodent damage. June 20, 2023 @ 3:30, advisor stated it wasn't enough time for diagnostic test. He said I should return earlier next day. I arrived at 7:10. Advisor stated diagnostic fee $195. Problem is rear sensors. Tech tried a new sensor, it didn't work. Tech Line Case created. I informed advisor Tech Line Case was created at ********* Nissan in May. He stated no, you didn't have a Tech Line Case. You have a Nissan *************************** Case. Conversation continued on a downward spiral. Advisor stated he was done here. Service Manager came to waiting room with an angry demeanor and asked if I wanted to talk there or talk in his office. I went to his office which was a mistake. His tone was loud and angry as if he was scolding a child. He mentioned several items in the complaint; I was to respect them; advisor was just a kid; he was 22 years old. Stated they did not have to repair my vehicle, etc. I asked questions, manager didn't answer them. May have rodent damage. Tech will finish at 5 & will not have an answer. Left at 12:45
