    I seen the np at Pinnacle Dermatology and received a bill after insurance has paid. I set myself up on a payment plan. They knocked it back not once but twice. I have paid 3 payments to this company and still in collections and having to show proof that i have paid since they sent me into collections. Calling the billing office is horrible!

    Pinnacle Dermatology says I owe ****** for services on 6/13/2023 description ***** amount of ****** and ***** in the amount of ***** for the grand total of ******. My husband had an HRA account during that year. So the remaining bill was paid out of this account of ****** was paid by United Healthcare through an HRA account so ********************** cashed the check on 10/25/23. Check number PG******** or just ********. ***************** thinks they posted a payment to the wrong account. I have been harassed by Pinnacle Dermatology every month since October 2023 saying that I need to pay this bill. My insurance company has paid the bill, every single month I have called. I'm beyond blue in the face gathering information for Pinnacle Dermatology and doing there work for them,but yet I have been sent to collections, stating I owe.     I was billed for my visit on September 11th, 2023. I logged into my health care provider and a bill was not received as of today for this visit. They had my billing information and to date has not been sent to them, however I received a bill at home which was generated on September 15th. They are very quick to bill the individual but not the ****************** That does not make sense to me. Since I have maxed out my out of pocket for the year, and I took them that, I am NOT paying this bill. I tried to call them on the 26th of September and left a message as they are either short staffed or a horrible company to work for. I'm thinking it may be the later. I did receive a call back yesterday and whomever called quickly hung up. Not my idea of a great company!
