AMG Management does not provide the service we pay for. **************** is extremely poor. They are catering to the Board in our opinion and dismissing the Homeowners. We pay $400 dlls a year for Assessments. This year we were assessed $165 dollars extra for an alleged Violation of $75 dollars plus Management Fees. The issue was about allegedly having overgrown bushes and dead branches in our landscaping and not complying in a timely manner (15 days after the Warning turning to a Violation) . We only received a Warning, never got an actual Violation Letter and we complied the request asap. The letter came in while we were out of town by ***** not followed by an email. Immediately upon our return home, the next day we got this letter we called AMG. The following business day we had a Landscaper do the job requested. We communicated with the Account Manager **** for a week. The issue was not resolved eventhough we requested something in writting after submitting pictures of the job and having complied with the Warning as fast as we could. The Account Manager did not follow up. Three months plus later we get a Demand of 30 day Notice payment for $165 dollars. A strong letter requesting payment and if non compliance collections and potentially eviction. This issue has been time consuming and totally unacceptable. No one is listening to the issue!!! The check we sent 2 weeks ago has not been cashed by AMG, our account still has a balance. We paid for the Violation eventhough is not fair because we never got a letter or email that it actually still proceeded. The Violation seems like not in good Faith as it took place the next day the Landscaper initiated doing the job that took several days. We want to have this revised by **************** and request a courtesy call to resolve this immediately. If the Association or AMG are in need of money this is an unethical way to get it. THIS SITUATION IS 100% UNFAIR AMONG OTHER THINGS.

    Business Response

    Date: 12/23/2023

I, *********************, personally spoke to ***************** yesterday 12/22 at length and the conversation was professional and I appreciated her comments and concerns.  I did mention that the management company nor myself has the authority to remove fines, etc. on their account for a violation from this past summer.  I did agree that the board should hear her comments in that they were out of the country for 6 weeks this summer at the time the violation was administered on her property.  ***************** did already pay the $75 fine as directed by the board of directors for her community.  AMG is a third-party vendor only as the ***** of ********* were elected by the homeowners of this community and all decisions are made by them not AMG.  ***************** must attend a board meeting or request a formal hearing in order for her concerns to be heard by the decision making party.
