  ****** sealcoating work's their employees for hours on end and does not allow them to take any breaks or unpaid lunch breaks. They speak to their employees unprofessionally. On numerous occasions they have swore at their employees and given an I don't care attitude. They speak about how money hungry they are to their employees. They have underage employees and pay them in cash. They garnish wages out of employees checks without consent. They offer request offs but when an employee wants to take a day off they're giving grief about it. They make their employees work with COVID and don't follow CDC guidelines. They tell them that rain days are their days off and they only work 6 or 7 months out of the year so they don't need time off. They don't pay employees over time and will do whatever it takes to not document it. For example, pay cash and pay less then what the employee earns per hour because taxes and they see it as fair. ****** sealcoating is highly unprofessional with employees drinking and driving, doing drugs in the work trucks and at the work shop. They have employees driving trucks that aren't up to date and employees who do not have licenses drive the work trucks. ****** sealcoating should be shut down to the unsafe work practices. OSHA has been contacted. They also "borrow" employees money and take it out of their checks without employee consent.

  this was not done by a customer but from an angry employee  that was terminated 2 weeks ago. i know this because this is the very same message that his girl friend had posted on face book.

  we definitely give our workers breaks. We just to not let them ****** on our clock at the gas station while they are on our clock and they conveniently forget to put they took a break down on the correct paperwork. 

  we let our guys take off for covid but a doctors note is required and if they cannot produce one there time is not excused. We are very sorry you had to get a message with such false information. but i am sure it happens more often than it should

  Also this same employee did call Osha as well,  Regarding one of our trucks brakes going out. but that claim has been dismissed . Unfortunately we can not predict when brakes will go out .
