    I purchased a California Jersey Combo pack from this company on March 13, 2024. The price was $99.99. I have a confirmation email of my order. We were to receive the jerseys during the ***** All State tournament which was July 31, 2024 through August 4, 2024. I never received the jerseys I purchased for my son. The owner of UT Products (**** *****) admitted at the opening ceremonies on July 31, 2024, that his supplier had not come through, and that he "accepted full responsibility." The jerseys I purchased were supposed to have my son's name and number printed on the back. **** ***** said that the jerseys would be mailed to our homes after the tournament was over. I have not received anything in the mail to date. The jerseys are no longer needed, as they were purchased specifically for this ***** all State tournament. Steps I've taken to resolve this: - 9/3/24: I sent an email to USSSA at ********************** I let them know that I still had not received the jerseys I purchased, and requested a refund of $99.99. - 9/3/24: USSSA forwarded the email to **** ***** at Ultimate Team Products (UT Products) ************************************ and asked him to assist in resolving the matter. - 9/17/24: I had not received any response from **** ***** at UT Products at this point, so I sent a follow up email. - 9/17/24: **** ***** responded by apologizing and forwarding my email to two members of his staff, stating that they would follow up. - 9/27/24: I had not received a response from UT Products, so I sent another follow up email to UT Products requesting follow up and notifying them that I would be contacting the BBB. To date, I have not received any response from UT Products.

    On 06/2/24 at 7:17pm, I submitted an online order for pick up of a sport photograph package at a tournament for my daughter. They did not have them ready until about 8:30 for pick up which was pretty late so I could not check the products until I got back to the hotel. The pictures came out blurred out and discolored as if the ink had ran out. I have tried contacting the business several times and they have not contacted me to fix the issue.
