    We purchased a box truck for our Food Pantry from them in March of 2024 and chose this truck for the newness and warranty provided. Recently after having the truck break down in the middle of pickups we brought it back to have it serviced. It was determined that the Water Pump blew and we authorized having that fixed. No check engine light was on before the vehicle abruptly stopped, the fluids are checked every single day the truck is in use, and it was brought in and covered under warranty. After 4 weeks of them having the vehicle we were told it was ready to be picked up. When we went to retrieve the vehicle we made it half a mile down the road when the check engine light came on, the engine started overheating when we quickly turned around and brought it back. We were told by a service representative that they would get it right back in to look at it. Its been over 2 weeks with no communication, upon calling for an update I received different answers from different people. The supervisor explained that it was told to us that it would be 3-4 weeks when the service representative told us it would be looked at right away. It is now 7 weeks of them having the vehicle, I called today and they havent started working on it in the past additional 2 weeks theyve had it. When I brought it to the supervisor that was absolutely no understanding, I was told it was our fault, got zero response to understanding how this could of happened when they finished the service on the vehicle only to have this happen within minutes of picking it up. Either they didnt do their diligence when it was brought in for the original issue or it was caused from the work being done. **** accountability or responsibility from the company. I brought it here because of the warranty we had from purchasing the vehicle here, have spent more in rental costs in the 7 weeks theyve had it then had I taken it somewhere else and complete lack communication from the staff throughout this process.
