  I bought 2020 freightliner from this dealership for 56k$ (mileage was around 432k) When they were selling the truck they gave me all the assurances possible about the truck. They said the truck is in excellent situation and they checked everything A to Z.They also said it has a ew4 warranty up to 600k. But the warranty was expiring this year on September 4th. When i asked them why they didnt tell me about the warranty expiration date, they said it was my fault because I didnt ask. The day I went to pick up the truck, There were already bunch of things they didnt tell me. Rear shocks were leaking and rusting, inverter was not working and they didnt know if there was an oil change made by ******* (previous truck owner). Considering all these they never checked the truck A to Z. So i spent 1300$ on that day to fix all these. Then trucks problems started showing up like a light storm. Within a few weeks my flex pipe blew up, antifreeze started leaking from bunch of places, ac stopped working, DPF filters failed, the truck went haywire (alternator failed), refrigerator stopped working. To this day I spent over 6000$ to fix all these not including the dpf filters (the warranty paid for it).Interestingly today the truck alternator failed again. Probably there is some serious electrical issue.Since I bought the truck I spent half of my time in the truck shops and got stranded in the highway couple of times. They treat you like no one the moment after you buy the truck. When I first reached out to ***** (sales guy) and explained the issues he threatened me to report to police if i ever text to him again.Then after some tike owner reached out to me and asked to delete a review i wrote earlier in exchange for some help. I told him if he covers 5000$, then we have a deal. He didnt accept it and I agreed to 2000$. But the guy didnt even want to pay that and ghosted me.

  Mr. Jamshidbek Abullaev owner of ********************** bought a 2020 used semi-truck Freightliner Cascadia 126 with ******* miles and vin # *****************.
  He was at our dealership, he saw the truck, he test-drove the truck and after that he
  voluntarily bought the truck .At the same time he signed the invoice where is saying that :

  AGREEMENT
  Vehicle on this bill of sale is used and sold in "as it is" condition.
  Seller does not warrant the vehicle in any respect either expressed or implication, and without
  limiting the generality of the foregoing.
  Seller expressly disclaims any implied warranty or merchantability, fitness or adequacy for any
  purpose of use, productiveness or capacity.
  It is agreed that possession of the equipment traded in described above will be accepted by
  Infinity Truck Sales, **** subject to the express condition that title and ownership thereto shall
  remain in Infinity Truck Sales, **** or its assigns on any new or used purchased equipment
  From Infinity Truck Sales, **** until the purchase price is paid in full, and any and all titles on
  any trucks, trailers or equipment traded in are in the position of Infinity Truck Sales, ****
  All used goods delivered hereunder or as a result hereof are sold "as is" without warranty of
  any kinds and there is NO warranty of merchantability of fitness or purpose made
  whatsoever.
  No Infinity Truck Sales, **** employee, other than the president, is authorized to give any
  warranties whatsoever on new or used goods.
  All new manufactured trailers and trucks are warranted by their respective manufacturers
  only.
  In the event that the truck or trailer manufacturer ceases operations, Infinity Truck Sales, ****
  shall not bear responsibility for any warranty-related issues that may emerge.
  Purchaser understands and agrees that upon acceptance by Infinity Truck Sales, this order is
  non-cancelable.
  Infinity Truck Sales, **** is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or shutdowns by third
  party manufacturers or factories that are beyond Infinity Truck Sales, **** control for any
  delivery *********** is also agreed that Infinity Truck Sales***** will not be held responsible for any other
  liabilities, lost revenue, or damages of any kind caused by the use or non use of trucks or
  trailers purchased from Infinity Truck Sales, ****
  Purchaser agrees to hold seller harmless for any and all claims whether it be past, present, or
  future, or of any kind or nature wherever suited.
  Attention: Axle nuts must be retorqued after the first 50 miles. Infinity Truck Sales, **** is not
  responsible for any issues arising from failure to do so.
  All deposits made to Infinity Trucks Sales, **** are non-refundable and irrevocable, irrespective
  of any contingency. Infinity Trucks Sales, **** reserves the right to allocate deposits for the
  acquisition of equipment.
  Any liability of Seller with respect to defects or malfunctions of this vehicle(s) including,without
  limitation, those which pertain to performance or safety, (whether by way of "strict liability",
  based upon Seller negligence, or otherwise), is expressly excluded and Purchaser hereby
  assumes any such risk. ( See attached invoice )
  Also he signed the Buyers Guide for also As -Is :

  The dealer does not provide a warranty for any repairs after sale.(see attached buyers guide signed by
  customer )
  3. Term and conditions form
  NOTICE: Unless otherwise stated above, this offer does not include sales tax, license, title, dealer prep or
  transportation charges. Any or all of which may be applied if you place this order. Additionally, due to rising
  commodity pricing and inventory shortages, the final unit invoice price at time of delivery might be greater
  than what is currently listed on this order. It is agreed that possession of the equipment traded in described
  above will be accepted by Infinity Truck Sales, **** subject to the express condition that title and ownership
  thereto shall remain in Infinity Truck Sales, **** or its assigns on any new or used purchased equipment from
  Infinity Truck Sales, **** until the purchase price is paid in full and any and all titles on any trailers/trucks or
  equipment traded are in the possession of Infinity Truck Sales****** All used equipment delivered hereunder

  the President, is authorized to give any warranties whatsoever on new or used equipment. All new
  manufactured trailers/trucks warranted by trailer/truck manufacturer only. If trailer/truck manufacturer goes
  out of business, Infinity Truck Sales****** is not responsible for any warranty issues that may arise. Purchaser
  understand and agrees that upon acceptance by Infinity Truck Sales, ****, this order is non-cancelable after 5
  days after order or upon delivery of trailers/trucks or whichever comes first, in full or in part. Infinity Truck
  Sales, **** is not responsible for any delays, cancellations or shutdowns by third party manufacturers or

  After all 3 documents he signed ,after test drive and inspection on the vehicle ,after dot inspection from a
  third party shop he start calling ,texting and harassing me and my employees at Infinity Truck Sales *************** times a day ,sending videos and giving saying that he will damage our company brand. The truck
  also is purchased from ******* fleet and they have the best maintenance from all fleets in the *********** can

  also see our ****** reviews and we have 4.7 star rating ,only bad review its from this customer ,we sale over 

  *************************** and trailers each year and no complains at all .
