    Steals personal cans. BRAND NEW ONES. 3 TIMES NOW. first time dec 23. 2nd June 24. Now may 28. Refuses to call me regarding this. I want monetary compensation... to purchase my indoor DRY non food can.

    My business became customers of *** when Republic ****************** sold to them. After several months as a customer and several minor billing issues, I requested proposals from competing businesses. I found a better rate and informed via email my cancellation. I have 3 businesses with 3 dumpsters. It took 2 months for all three dumpsters to get picked up. Meanwhile, I have a new dumpster company and two dumpsters taking up space. I received calls from my landlord and the city to remove excess dumpsters. My pleas to LRS to pick up the dumpsters went unanswered for 9 weeks. Then I started receiving invoices for balance due. I ***orted the errant invoice to my customer ********************** *** in April 2024. It is now September and I'm still receiving invoices for a balance due. I've sent a dozen emails and several times actually received a response "it will be handled." I was on bank draft when I was a customer, they billed me two months after I canceled and charged late fees. I don't think it's intentional, just really inept at their job.
