Mahoney was contracted by our company for two years, with a contracted timeline for services for both kitchen grease and grease trap cleaning. In that time, they subcontracted us to different companies without providing them any information about the specifications of our property, which led to lack of timely servicing. Additionally, they never adhered to the contracted services timeline, so every time we needed servicing, we had to call and them repeatedly to perform the services we had already paid them to do. Finally, when terminating services and moving to a different company, it took over a month of calling for them to even note on our account that we had terminated services, and another several weeks for them to come pick up their kitchen grease receptacles.

Mahoney has been servicing our grease traps for several years. These past few months they have dropped the ball several times. (First by outsourcing another plumber to jet the lines to our grease trap - he no showed 3 times and wanted $750) Two weeks ago, they showed up and could only drain half the grease trap, claiming their tanks were not big enough. They typically show up, unscheduled, to service the grease trap. Since the situation two weeks ago, I asked they schedule their return. I figured that with a scheduled appointment, they would show up with everything that they need to get the job done. We scheduled an appointment for 6:00 am today. They rolled up at 6:10 am, without the equipment needed to get the job done. I showed up to work at 6:00 am for no reason :)
