    I took my car in to Technicraft on 1/10/2023 to get worked on after I had been in an accident. I was told the vehicle was estimated to be ready for pick up in 8 days, on 1/18. However, a week later on 1/17, I received a call from Technicraft letting me know that they would be keeping my car longer because there were additional damages which they hadnt originally noticed. I was called to pick up my car on 1/26 and immediately upon entering my car I noticed a hood ajar message on the dash. I opened and closed my hood and the message was still now going away. I let ***** from Technicraft know and he said that he wasnt sure why the message was showing up but said I could take my car since the hood was properly latched. I told him I needed that fixed and he agreed to fix the issue. The next day on 1/27 I was called and told that my car was ready for pick up. I turned my car on and noticed a cross traffic system fault and blindspot system fault message on my dash which had never shown up before. I called ***** and told him about the errors. In addition my drive side mirror can no longer be adjusted with the switch, my mirrors no longer tuck in with the power folding button, my car no longer remote starts, and my car has an additional ***** miles than it did when I left it with them. He cant give me explanations and it doesnt seem as if these issues will be fixed. He agreed to call me on Monday, 1/30 and said he will try to give me answers, but his attitude has been I dont know what you want me to tell you every time Ive talked with him. If the issue isnt fixed, I will need help getting these issues resolved. Also, I would like to know what I can do about these additional miles on my vehicle.

    Hope all is well with you. Im not sure what to make out of this situation. She had concerns with her vehicle after we repaired a minor fender ******. She has previous repairs done to her vehicle which caused a lot of the problems to come up. I fixed them for her and had them taken care. It did take a little bit longer than expected but the issues were resolved, and she was provided with a loaner car for her inconvenience.
     
    I have attached the mileage pictures showing when she came in for the initial estimate with the date and the date the car left with the apparent **** miles that she claims we put on her vehicle. I explained to her that her vehicle was inoperable and no one in my staff would take a vehicle out for **** miles. *** first photo shows the date of November when the vehicle came in for the initial estimate and the second is for February when the vehicle came in for repairs.
     
    Also attached are the invoices for the extra repairs that we did to her vehicle at no cost to her.
