      I called Solo Deer Processing several times recently to follow up on an order my father placed on January 22nd, 2022. Today is December 16th, 2022.

      With previous calls we had been notified that they are too busy to check, call back in 3 days.

      Today after hearing the same response we pushed back asking for why our order isnt complete. Then there was a verbal conflict with mutiple explitaves between multiple employees before a man took the phone and promptly began speaking down to me about several topics, few of which had anything to do with our order.
      He repeatedly raised his voice and talked over me while I attempted to provide detailed about our order that he asked for.
      We began asking for a refund, noting we won't be doing business with them again. The man began backtracking, stating he wants to make it right - noting several hardships he's experienced in recent years (including the state of the nation during the covid pandemic).
      He states there were attempts to reach my father about this order. When asked for dates and times of calls to my father he was unable to produce this information. He then continued on another tirade about bad customers. In spite of this behavior, we were able to clarify Solo had our order sheet that notes we paid $200 as a down-payment towards this order. He began to rehash how he wants to "make this right."
      We are still unclear of if he has our product, when our order will be completed, or what the ultimate resolution will be.
      After talking with my father and discussing this phone conversation with Solo Deer Processing, this appears to be how they generally conduct their business.

      We want our product or our money back. We will not be giving them our business in the future.

      Half of her statement is true. She did call me a lot and I told her I didn't have time to look for her order from one year ago. She called about the deer meat. The deer meat issue is done. Why did she wait to call me about this order. We called and left a message on her dads phone and told him that the deer meat was done and we received no response until we got the letter from the BBB.  Her deer meat is ready and she may pick it up now.  She can call or leave a voicemail with us. She was hostile with me on the phone and I do not respond to hostility.
