    **** Davis agreed to take my case and represent me. I paid him in full $1500.00. I could never get any communication with ****. He told me the best way to get ahold of him was through ******** messenger, he never read any of the messages. I would call his office and his staff would say, he is aware and he said he would call you, then no call. No updates on the court hearings, and he never filed a motion that I asked him to do for my case. In addition, there was a motion filed by the opposing attorney and again **** never notified me of this. I provided **** with evidence that was not used, he never prepared me for the case, I met with him only 3 times and one of those times was my consultation. This is not how a professional, ethical attorney treats their clients. If he didn't want to take my case that's all he had to say. I feel taken advantage of because **** knew I would not go to all the court dates due to me having an order of protection against the plaintiff, so I put my trust in him to work for me and defend me as my attorney and he failed, not because we lost (the case is still open) but because he failed to do for me what he said he would do when he took my case as my attorney. I have since fired him and asked for my evidence back that I provided for him to use in the case that he never used, he has yet to give that back to me. I called his office to let them know I was coming to pick it up and 30min before I was to be there, **** called and said he left for the day, stated I could come 1 week from now (next Friday) because he won't be in town.
