  Poor customer service. I have left messages about a defective bracelet that I want them to replace. Absolutely NO communication. This practice is dismissive and arrogant. I paid $39.99 for a bracelet and it broke on the first wear. King McNeal will not even call or e-mail back to attempt to resolve this issue. Now, I get e-mails ALL THE TIME from them about their specials, discounts, promotions, and discontinued items. They even send me e-mails saying "we see you have been looking at our items on our website..." but they cannot respond to a customer concern? Please be mindful that if you choose to do business with this company and have an issue, you will not be heard.

  Buyer Beware ~ King McNeal Collection...I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase of an expensive Greek Letterman Jacket. Despite paying in full over a month ago and providing the correct address, I've yet to receive my order or receive any meaningful support. The company's policy seems to be that customers who don't purchase insurance are on their own, left to track down missing packages with no assistance. To make matters worse, my attempts to contact the company have been met with complete silence - no return calls, and instead of helpful responses, I've received useless emails that don't address my concerns. I'm appalled by the subpar customer service and intend to share my experience. Unfortunately, my research suggests that this level of service is a recurring pattern with this company.

  I ordered a backpack for my son. The 1st day day he used it, it broke and came apart. I've called and emailed with my order number and did not receive a response. I do not recommend buying from this company. The backpack I purchased was not pricey. I did not want my money back but I did want the backpack replaced.

  I placed an order on November 2nd for approx. $300, for multiple items. I, as well as my wife, were excited by the products on the screen. After placing the order, I received an email on Nov. 3rd, stating that the items have been shipped. As of Friday, Nov. 10th, the below message was provided through the tracking number from UPS:Estimated delivery The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.Current Event -> Label Created Future Evento On the Way I reached out via the email provided for contact and asked if this would be shipped to me by the 14th, no response. On Monday, the 13th, I sent a second email and again no response. Finally, I called their contact number, got a vm, left a detailed message, including my email and phone number, and again, no response. I've asked to receive a full refund as this was a birthday gift for the 15th, and that date has passed. The lack of follow-up and updates on the tracking shows horrible customer service and I, nor my wife, will ever do business with them again. Further, I plan to share this terrible experience with others to keep this from happening to anyone else. The sad part is, that their location (********, **) is less than an hour from my home, I could have picked the items up! Again, disappointed as I wanted to patronize this company, but the first experience, dictates future engagements.   This company states that returns can be made, but you only receive a store, credit, not your money back. With this in mind, I bought two sizes of one product and returned the other product because I planned to continue to patronize this business. It has been months and they will not reply to my emails about my store credit, which is over $70. *** contacted them on social media and by email. Now I understand they intend to keep my money without giving me a product. Are usually try to support our own people, but this puts a bad taste in my mouth. Buyer beware!
