    On July 30th 2022 I paid in check $6850 to wise way hvac llc to install a new furnace and central air conditioning unit at my dyer ******* residence. August 13th both were installed, on that day the air conditioner worked but didn't cool enough to reach its thermostat set temperature of seventy degrees. Leaving for work i set the thermostat to seventy six and on my return the temperature was eighty four degrees. I called wise way who again got it cooling but the temperature only reached eighty one degrees. Wise way said they called the manufacturer in hopes of exchanging the unit then all communications from wise way stopped. I told them if they would not fix or replace the unit or units I would have no other choice but court action. For two days I still got no calls or text messages from wise way and then left them a negative ****** feedback of which wise way replied on line but still have not reached out to me or responded to my attempts of communication. Currently I am seeking estimates for repairs to my home heating and cooling system then believe if I still haven't heard back from wise way I will have to retain a lawyer and seek legal action.
