    I purchased a truck from this auto dealer gave him $2,000 down for a $10,900 truck. And turns out that the 2000 was actually poor a level 2 warranty bumper to bumper the truck went down 23 hours after buying it and the truck was down for 30 days the bank backed out on the loan because they weren't going to finance a broke down vehicle. Anyway I ended up spending money on parts and labor and finally got the truck going after about $3,500 in parts and $2,500 worth of Labor and he said he would pay for the parts and labor to fix the truck I just needed to get it done so we could go through with the financing well I spent all my money fixing this truck and now he's demanding the truck be returned to him and I get nothing he came to my work he stole the plates off the truck he called my work and harass me and got me in trouble with my boss he sends me vulgar very rude messages calling me names but the fact is he owes me the 2000 down plus the money I put into this truck if he wants it back is the way I see it plus whatever I can get for him harassing me when we had a contract

    I would rather not deal with him directly anymore I have messages of him insulting me saying I'm dumb and calling me names called my work cause problems with my job he did that without even trying to get a hold of me I didn't have one phone call or one message and he called my work and cause problems I about lost my job I will send over the messages if you guys need them of him a green to pay me and everything that was said between me and him but I have a detailed bill I will upload and send over to you and the fact that he came to my work and took the plates off the truck caused even more problems and I would just like to get this resolved fast because it was my only vehicle to get back and forth to work

    This man has just went on my property and taking the truck without permission and told me I wouldn't get a dime I have all the screenshots for every conversation me and him had please let me know if you need them but now he is broken the wall and this man has to pay his debt to me I paid $2,000 down on this truck plus spent another $6,500 fixing it so I paid him to fix his truck I need to be paid for everything I did

    he was financed thru his grandpa and step dad.  **** was even on the loan, had nothing to do with the purchase. His stepdad pulled out of loan, because he was living in  basement and not paying rent, so stepdad kicked him out of house and withdrew from loan....therefor truck needed to be brought back, i informed him of this. and told him might work something out if he brought it back....kept truck for 4 months before it was towed to dealership. i have multiple texts of him refusing to bring truck back....informed step dad and grandfather of his actions, they were very nice...and apolgetic....bill has no case towards me...he was not even on the truck or loan....truck was never titled or registered in anyones name, because stepdad withdrew from buying...
