    Went in for a free stretch as avertised in Februrary 2024. Purchased 2 additional stretches to try it out. Signed a waiver electronically. Was recommended a package based on my first stretch. I declined and said I would like to purchase two stretches to give it a try. Turns out, without my knowledge, I was signed up for a monthly membership through an electronic "signature" that I thought was just a release form to be stretched. Total bait and switch!After I realized that I was being charged. I called on Saturday 9/14/24. It then took 3 days just to get a copy of the contract I supposedly signed. I called multiple times for the contract and a cancellation receipt. Here's how it went:Saturday: Spoke to ******, who said he sent the contract... never received it.Monday morning: ****** apologizes, says h*** send it at 10:30... still never received it.Monday evening: I go into the location, and only then do they finally send the contract.I asked both on Saturday and Monday for the owner/manager to call me. Its now Friday5 days laterand still no call back from Nuset/Naset (not sure of the name).It's difficult to resolve an issue with the company when no one will call you back. So I am reaching out for help. I noticed on yelp there are a few reviews from people that have had a similar experience.
