    Ive used **** and the specialty cleaning crew on dozens of projects to clean personal property after water and fire damage (as a subcontractor) . They always show up on time, do a quality job and are always fair on price. Nothing but great things to say about **** and team.

    I feel like this company is only out to get as much money as they can through an insurance claim. After getting the final bill and going through line by line, there were multiple areas of my home that were left untouched, yet billed for cleaning. aka. cleaning my mattress and box spring for $400...when the sheets were still on? come on... Leaving all of my belongings that were hanging up on the walls still in boxes, wrapped up and still smelling of smoke. But would come over for an extra fee to hang them back up. All of my curtains were in a box, still smelling of smoke while being charged $80 for "cleaning". ALL of the prices that were on the bill were inflated and not worth it in my opinion, not worth it for how small the place is (***** ish sq ft) He was helpful in fixing the bill for me though but I shouldn't have to babysit and check each area of the house to make sure it was cleaned properly. Should be worry free. Again, shop around. But this company I feel is making TONS of money from insurance money and pocketing the profits.
