    Very racist, rude, will rip you off every time. Unprofessional. My boyfriend and I got a ride with a friend we weighed our stuff separate and waited at the gate for our ride to finish with his
    And got asked not once but TWO times what we were doing both times answered with, waiting for our ride. Well the second time. The man I'm assuming the owner, cursed at us asking us "what the **** we were doing casing the joint" he was very VERY unprofessional. Smh. But the uneducated remain clueless and unevolved.

    On 5-9-24 I took a load into Jays. Waiting to get on the scales, I heard the owner yelling about his blood pressure being high among other things. He took his anger out on me because of some rain water that got in my load that I had to let set 2 weeks before I could get it in due to being busy with our daycare. I was told that he had been taking his anger out on all of his customers that day. That I wasn't the only one. He's trying to say there was 2000 lbs. of water in my load. I was ok with him taking off 500lbs. for the water. But there's no way there was 2000 lbs of water in it. I used to haul water. I know! I compared that receipt to others that I had from other similar loads, and there was not that much difference. I said I wasn't coming back because of him taking his anger out on me and docking me 2000 lbs. off my load. He proceded to tell me F U. And I told him the same, It also always bothered me because he has 1 African American man that works for him. And the only thing I've ever heard the owner call him was the N word. It is not ok to take your personal issues out on your customers. It is not ok to discriminate against other races.
