    I purchased quartzite stone and installation from Blue Pearl Stone in Nov/Dec 2016 for $10,397 for our kitchen countertops and island. I reported issues with unsightly areas the day of installation and never got a return call. I eventually went in to speak to the owner, and she sent someone out to fill in the openings. Several years later, I paid them to send someone out to do it again, since it didn't last. For the past year it has needed to be redone again (3rd time in 6 years), and I've asked if I can hire them again to do this work. For almost one year they have been telling me they will send someone, and that I should use them, stating it would be very costly to use someone else. I've had several conversations on the phone with **** and have spoken with the owner ****** twice in the shop, as well as sending photos on 2 occasions. My last phone conversation with ****, she stated someone would come the following week, and that was months ago. They have never called me. Our only communication was if I reached them by phone or went in to their shop. All communication for the past year has been cordial, despite their lack of follow-up. At this point, we don't believe that we should have to pay hundreds of dollars every 2-3 yrs for the remainder of the time we are in this home to keep repairing what wouldn't need to be repaired if it was done properly initially. We would like them to send someone to fix the issues at no cost and to warranty the work, since we've recently paid to have it redone, and it unfortunately appears it will continue to need to be redone.
