    **************** Did a window replacement and broke another window while they did this

    This is not true. This work was completed in August of 2023 for a ******** Pizza establishment.On 01/08/2024 we contacted ************ **** asking for payment and nothing was said about us breaking another window. In fact the customer never reported this issue until we contacted him again on 07/23 requesting payment on this long past due invoice. At that time he brought up the issue, but during the conversation explained that it had actually broke at a later date and that it was still our fault! We denied any responsibility and he then threatened to make sure everyone new what a terrible company we are.
