  If I could give zero stars I would! This is a SCAM company. I contracted with them to help get me out of my timeshare and had no luck in getting a response from them on the progress of the closing. They had me apply for zero interest line of credit to pay the $13,000 fee yet they are producing no results. I will just have to take the hit on my credit and hire a lawyer because they won't get another dime from me.

  These people know the industry. The travel club they sell is worth it! Very professional and kind. And my membership activated so fast!

  This is a huge scam, it's just another timeshare. Basically, I paid them to help me get out of a timeshare in Jan 2021. Two years later and I'm still waiting and still getting the run around and still paying for the timeshare that I cannot use. They told me it would take 2 or 3 months to get me out of my current timeshare then applied for a zero % apr credit card in my name and subsequently ******** out with their fee/membership and charges for timeshare removal. It has been 26 months and you can call and get no answer, and no one has a clue what is going on. This is just one more rip off in timeshare industry. Do not buy anything they are selling.

  Their presentation was factual. They relied on past our negative experience with timeshares, mainly ******* resorts and the excessive maintenance fees which increase by 10 to 20 percent annually. What they continued not to address was the loan incurred with the resort. That would be an additional fee, 30% of the monies recovered, or for us 50k. There was no guarantee we would get it. All the salesperson would say it would be wiped out. No mention of how that would happen and get our money back. They are extremely smooth in deflecting. Like a previous reviewer our loan with them was with credit cards. The idea was good and convincing if you had no other loans related to the timeshare resort. When the rep from NLE called to process our cancelation of our deal with KTO, he was extremely demeaning, accusatory and blamed us when I stated we were misled and information purposely omitted. Beware.

  The verdict is out on this outfit. They seemed to know what they are doing, but in talking with ***********************************, I learned that the Quit Claim document they submitted on my behalf was insufficient with regard to the company information required on the declaration form. I have been unsuccessful at reaching the principle, *************************. I await their call back to straighten things out.

  I met with the *** team in ************** where they explained exactly what my options where to cancel my timeshare. After evaluating my numbers with theirs I knew it was a no brainer! Professional, patient and definitely went the the extra mile for me. I was able to legally cancel my timeshare! Thank you ***

  Not only did KTO get rid of my Maintenance fees but they also got me to the resort that I could never get to before. What a great group of people

  We went to the presentation and were told we would get a dinner certificate. NOT. They send you a link to download a certificate but charge $9.95 processing fee. Are they for real? All they want you to do is pay them to get rid of your timeshare. I would never pay a company to get rid of my timeshare. I do not trust this company. Furthermore, I had to write to them after waiting a week to even get the certificate. Don't waste your time going to their presentation.
