    The business offered to pick up a replacement part that was needed even though I told them I could get it. When I received the bill they charged $100 over the price for the item listed in all stores. They also claimed that there labor took longer because they had to rig a plug for the wall even though that is an option with garbage disposals and they never asked me about it. Their inexperience caused an additional labor hours that I also had to pay for.

    So we worked for ***** **** in June.  She asked for me to replace a garbage disposal and replace a toilet upstairs.  Which i did both she was told upfront what labor would cost (between $400.00-500.00)but that price didnt include for the parts needed . She said ok do it. So I got a new disposable put it in found the outlet not working/ no power.  So I told her she needed an electricianto fix the outlet.  I am not licensed to do electric.  I plugged in the disposal to show her. It does work to a working outlet on the counter.  Then I went and worked on the toilet. I took off the old toilet, took it away, put on the new one. I added a new wax ring. These are all the parts that added up to what was not included in the upfront labor price. She never asked how much we were per hour. We are $145 for the first half hour and $145 for every hour after that.  I keep a time log and that is how I change.  Im sorry she feels that I overpriced her but that is a very good price for what I did. From what? It seems she is mad because she had to have an electrician come out and fix the electrical problem under her sink. That is not my problem.

    I am rejecting this response because: the complaint had nothing to do with the amount of labor per hour. It had to do with the fact that the garbage disposal they charged me $300 dollars for was actually $175. 

    also I watched the plumber work to fix the electrical problem and it was clear he didnt know how to add a plug attachment. He should have asked what hookup we had for electrical before buying the item.

    You are correct that I should have asked your hourly rate though you also did not offer it and instead clearly tried to take advantage of me. Which I should have also realized because of your horrible reviews.

    i want the $125 difference in the garbage disposal that was stole from me when you misrepresented that you could get the garbage disposal and I incorrectly assumed you werent trying to rip me off

    This does not resolve the issue of the price difference between the garbage disposal I was charged for and what it actually costs  

    I need a refund of $100 dollars
