The most unprofessional business and owner I have experienced. ***, the owner, will yell at you when you call them because you didn't hear anything from the driver 30mins after the 4-hr delivery window and there is no other person you can reach out to resolve the issue. A simple I apologize for the inconvenience, let me see what I can do or let me see if we can accommodate the delivery date for you would have simply solved the issue before offering discount. Definitely would not recommended to my family and friends.

Thank you for your review, and not once were you yelled at- quite the opposite as that was your behavior as I then asked to end the call. Bears Transport will not engage or exchange in this behavior with any customer . We understand your frustration with the driver not communicating to you the second he had a mechanical issue . Your were contacted immediately - by Bears Transport , apologized to and offered a solution and a discount , your response is that "apologize is not good enough "- Terms and conditions -Customers are aware that delays and breakdowns can and may occur while shipping cross country . I found them to be most helpful in moving our daughter's car across the country. They answered all of my questions on the phone, and were very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. The drivers they used were prompt, professional, and picked up/dropped off on schedule as promised. I felt very comfortable using Bears and knew the car would make it safely to my daughter. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure the move went smoothly. When we have need of car transport in the future, Bears is who we will call. I highly recommend them!Bears Transport

I'm still waiting for my car that hasn't been picked up yet. This isn't going well. *** promised my vehicle would be picked up yesterday and delivered to me on MONDAY. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THEY'VE GOT MY MONEY AND MY CAR.Bears Transport
