      Approximately two weeks ago I purchased a 90 count box of Hefty Ultra Strong 33 gallon Trash Can Liners from **** club located in ********** **. The bags have drawstrings, that, when trying to tie the bags shut, pulls out. I contacted the Hefty contact line at **************. I sat on hold for more than 20 minutes on several occasions, despite the electronic message stating it would only be three to nine minutes. No one answered. I then tried their promised "call back" system, and never received a call-back. On or before October 23, then emailed them and received a reply from ********************************************* On October 23, the aforementioned reply stated within two business days that one of their consumer response agents will reach out to me. That also, did NOT happen. This is one of the worst customer service systems I've ever dealt with. I previously sent photos of the issue. Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter.

      I purchased a box of hefty 2 ml extra thick contractor 55 gallon heavy duty clean up bags with you #***** ***** upc for a job site I was cleaning up when I began filling the bags the first few were ok but then the next couple were cut open on both ends and it was dark so I didnt realize that both ends were open. When I began to pick up the bags after I filled them to load ****** car the third and fourth bag werent closed at the bottom end so when I picked them up everything fell on the ground causing me to trip and fall ** I wasnt expecting it and fell onto the pile of debris cutting myself in the contents of the materials I cleaned up and casing injury

      I was terminated because of having 8 absences when the policy is 10. I received a point for leaving at 6:58 when my shift ends at 7:00, I received a point for having to leave for an emergency mammogram, I also provided a doctors note for when I was admitted to the hospital and I was told it would not cover the day that I was hospitalized. I do not feel I was treated fairly in none of this situations which lead to my termination.
