    Hello. Happy New Year *******!My husband and I wanted to let you know that we are ecstatic with the work done on our home by your crew headed by *****. The Gentlemen were professional, very courteous, work very well together and are a terrific representation of customer service at its best. The workmanship is extraordinary. We highly recommend your firm to anyone who needs to have windows replaced. Hopefully you will get numerous calls in our area after our neighbors see the result as it speaks for itself along with referrals we make. The property has been transformed. Thank you so much!

    Russ and the team at Chicago Window Guys exceeded all my expectations. An excellent experience from beginning to end. Hassle free price negotiation, and highly flexible on how many windows you undertake at a time. I split the project into three batches, with the first batch our rear patio door and two windows most in need of replacement. Six months later i was calling again, and replaced the entire upper floor of the house. 9 months later I finished the project and completed all lower floor windows. During this whole time span there was no surprises on cost and each job was done to a high degree of skill and cleanliness. Zero damage to the interior decoration and they also replaced all exterior trim carefully and added a new coat of paint. Each project was a different crew, but the quality and professionalism was the same. Before each day the walked the property with to me to explain what they would and would not be doing and checked it met my expectations. Very happy customer - thanks Chicago Window Guys!

    ****, the owner, did the initial inspection of our windows. **** found solutions for our window concerns/price that other contractors did not provide. We had 14 windows replaced, but by replacing 3 pane windows with new 2 pane windows the cost was like paying for 10 window replacements. Very happy with the look and quality of the windows. Workmanship was great- took about 5 hours.

    **** at the Chicago Window Guys was great to work with! I replaced 16 windows and noticed a huge difference during the summer and excited to see the windows perform during the winter especially with natural gas prices increasing! **** was great to work with, was there every step of the way! He delivered on what he said he would....Thanks ****!

    My previous window had a crack and my patio door was leaking air due to a previously damaged door frame. **** came out to take a look and provide an estimate. The quote was exactly in line with what I researched for fair pricing.The installation team was right on time and got all 8 windows and the new patio door installed. The team was very professional and cleaned up all construction debris.I would absolutely recommend using Chicago Window Guys for any future window projects from their professional install, very fair pricing, and easy to work with team.

    These guys did a great job. I had 11 windows replaced over a year ago, and they are still looking and feeling brand new. They were in and out in 1 day, and they worked with me and my budget for the project. All 11 windows were double hung, and 6 of the 11 were quite large (see attached picture). Highly recommended and will be contacting them again when I need to update the rest of the windows in my house!
