    ****************, you really need to stop this harassment. You contacted us over a year after we did the ceramic coating on your truck. Your exact words were, your product failed, I have rock chips and debris on my paint. Like we have told you from the beginning, along with every single social media post in which you are blatantly trying to discredit our 32 year old business, is that ceramic does not protect against rock chips... it is an Environmental Protectant! You were given paperwork and instructions on the care of it. You're claiming that it looked bad 3 months later, but didn't tell us until over a year later. PLUS, you admitted that you put another ceramic over it, which is a huge No No. If it looked bad after 3 months, why did you not come to us right away so that we could inspect it and remedy it if it was indeed a failure? In your instructions, you were also supposed to come in ever year for inspection and touch up, which you clearly did not do. And once again, you admitted to going over the ceramic with another one and that voids all warranties.I also want to go on record to say that this has been a blatant attempt to discredit us and harass us just to get your money back. Going onto social media platforms and posting screenshots of my employee's profile and talking negative about them is ridiculous and a complete defamation of character. Every comment you have made on every platform has shown no proof of what we did wrong. There has been no photo evidence of anything we did wrong, all you have shown was your own frustration with something that you did wrong on your own time, and you are trying to blame the business. We have been in business for over 32 years and have not survived by ripping people off, nor selling ourselves short.
