  I have found multiple problems with my account since I left their services. My ******** contract was terminated (my primary source of income). The original email was dated from February and forwarded to their billing specialist for renewal, *****. But I had to resubmit the application again, myself, on 5/10/24 when it was terminated. I have spent the last year trying to receive regular payments from them. In addition, we found hundreds of rejected claims not fixed, numerous payments posted in random ways, if they were posted. I never received my logins and had to go and recreate new logins. Claims were not submitted to secondary insurance companies but were written off instead. Claims were completed wrong with words where diagnosis codes were supposed to be. I am still trying to clean this mess up, correcting and resubmitting claims. Some claims are past the date where they will be paid, additional, I have over a year of numerous unpaid claims. I have had to hire a ****** to perform forensic accounting to figure out what was paid, what wasn't, what can be fixed and what can't be fixed. They said they "have never seen such a mess". On top of this, the numerous months where I paid more than the typical cost of service (sometimes over $500, especially the one month for over $800! I felt I was paying for the new biller's education and not for her professional service. After I brought it to their attention, the charges went down. And, as for this last invoice, she did not reconcile the ledger, clean-up the ledger, post ERAs. I refuse to pay the last invoice because services were not received.

  In over 35 years of practice, this is the best billing company I have ever worked with. Not just the high quality of professional service, but the care for detail the efficient handling of day-to-day billing. The follow-up and resolution of all billing issues or questions is amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  We have been a client of BSS for over 3 years, and we can't say enough about the exceptional service we receive from ******** and her team! They are conscientious, hardworking and dedicated to going above-and-beyond the normal service that you'd expect from a billing service. Each client is treated professionally and, at the same time, as if they were family, working tirelessly on their client's behalf. We receive insurance payments quickly and efficiently. If a problem arises in the process of reimbursement, they act immediately to get the issue resolved. They keep us in constant communication regarding our accounts. If they spot errors along the way, they instantly bring it to our attention so that we can resolve the issue to get payment in a timely manner.
