    These clowns are the by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I sent my tapes in on February 7th of this year. It's now July 14th and I have yet to see my stuff. I did get an email from them last week telling me I owed them an additional $54.00. I've not been able to talk to a live person despite numerous attempts and have received nothing but generic responses to my emails. Their **************** is TERRIBLE. I'm amazed they are still in business! Avoid this company like the plague. Unfortunately 0 stars isn't a thing.

    This company takes your money but does not perform. I sent a batch of tapes to be converted to CD back in Feb. 2024 and they charged my credit card for $50.93 on Feb. 10th. At the time, their brochure quoted a standard processing time of 2-6 weeks. As of June 26th, it's now been about 18 weeks and no completion. In response to my inquiries, they just keep saying "Order still in process." One of their webpages now quotes a standard processing time of ***** weeks. They refuse to refund my money and return my tapes. Their brochure also said "Get Updates on your Order - We will keep you informed every step of the way." This is untrue - they never send progress reports and they never explain the long delay. I think they're running a scam operation.

    Steer clear. I'm not sure yet if this is a total scam or if these folks just took on WAY more material than they could process. They confirmed receipt of my films on Dec 14 2023 and said my order would take 4-6 weeks to process. To date nothing has been received or confirmed shipped. Whenever I email for updated I get a stock reply telling me my order is In Process. I've been getting that response for 2 months now. I am going to challenge the charges with my credit card as I am feeling more scammed than blow off. Sad that I'll probably never get those old super 8 films back.

    It's been 12 weeks and counting since they received my films. They are basically keeping my materials as collateral so I cannot cancel or get a refund for my order. For the first 6 weeks or so they updated me by saying that my order is "in process" but now they stopped responding to my emails. I'm still waiting. I hope I'll get my materials and the digitized copy delivered soon. I will NOT recommend this company and will NEVER use their service again.
