  *********************** Wow! All done w upper and lower wood floor restoration in my 100 year old house. Never left and was totally surprised that basically no dust and smell tolerable. I used a feather duster to clean up after. They even moved the furniture. Can't say enough about representatives. ***,owner, *** and ***** were professional, friendly and trust worthy. A few days I left them to work and I went shopping. LOL I highly recommend them for all the above including a very reasonable pricing. My house looks fabulous!!!

  Arlington Hardwood Flooring recently completed a project at our house that involved repair, sanding, and refinishing of the hardwood flooring in our **** home. *** was very helpful in figuring out repairs, and he communicated clearly what our options were. His estimate was timely and straightforward, and he responded quickly to our questions.The crew was professional and knowledgeable. They were here on time, answered questions, and cleaned up their work each day. The dust-containment system they use is amazing. The finished floors are beautiful, and we would not hesitate to recommend Arlington Hardwood.

  We made a very good decision in hiring Arlington Hardwood Flooring to sand and refinish our hardwood floors which cover the entire main level in our **** sq ft home in ************. We chose *** because he's been doing this work for 40 years and because he promised to be on the job doing the work the entire time making sure the job is done to his very high standards from start to finish. That is exactly what we got from him and his crew. They worked very hard and with extraordinary attention to detail. There were no delays except when he had to go to get additional product because we changed our minds on the finish we wanted. They were punctual and worked straight through for three days until it was completed. Our neighbors had their floors done just prior to us with another hardwood company. There was no comparison to the job that *** did for us. I would be very surprised to find that there is a better choice for this work. We made a fantastic decision in hiring Arlington Hardwood Flooring and are thrilled with the results.

  We recently had our living room and dining room floors sanded and refinished. We chose Arlington Hardwood cause I read their reviews. *** was great to work with. He came out in a timely manner and looked at our floors and explained the process to us. The whole process was painless! Cleaned up nice which there was no big mess or strong smell at all. Job was completed in 2 days. *** was prompt and courteous! We are very happy how our floors look. Highly would recommend this company. Thank you so much ***!***************************

  Arlington Hardwood did a fantastic job. They removed our old carpet from the living room, dining room and hallway and laced it into our existing wood floor.Our floor was really in need of sanding and sealing. He gave me a detailed quote and there were no surprises. They showed up on time and his sander captured 99% of the sawdust, it was not a mess like we had from another company years ago.The 1st coat wasn't drying fast enough, due to the high humidity and *** did not want to rush the job and wanted another day. Our floors look like new.I will be using Arlington Hardwood again if it's ever need to touch up spots in the years to come.

  100% professional jobs. Im a home flipper and an apartment landlord. I use them for my own home too. No one is better. Fast service and superior results. My latest project called for a transition from oak to Brazilian cherry which was sun bleached. Iit came back to its original color. They did a better job than I could have hoped.   *** and his team did a great job!!! Took out old flooring installed new flooring and left our house very clean when they left! Arrived when they said they would and got the job done in a timely manner at a very fair price!! Couldn't be happier! We LOVE our new floors!!
