    We used this company for a dishwasher repair. Unit was showing error code for a leak.We were able to easily schedule an appointment for late afternoon (4-7 pm). We were told who ************** would be. The technician, ******, called before arriving on time. He ran the unit for a long time, looking for any evidence of leaks. No water anywhere where it shouldn't be, so he started investigating other possible causes of the error code. He asked if we were using pods, and indeed, we were. He also asked of if we have a water softener and we do. He recommended a few things: clean the dishwasher (he recommended Affresh, which wasn't in stock, so we went with Cascade dishwasher cleaner), stop using the pods (way too much foaming if the water is softened), switch to Cascade Liquid and use only half the recommended amount. These steps seem to have solved the issue! We had such a positive experience that we won't hesitate to use JT Services in the future.
