    This is on behalf of my mother ****** R. ******* for account ******. I've called Best Practices Inpatient care billing **** several times to get resolution regarding some billing. Once I left a message that I would report to the BBB, that's when the called back. Explained the fault in billing which wasn't much, and the lady stated that it would be fixed. Yet, the bill states that we are past due and she said that was an error. We just received a new bill that states is past due again and the amount was not adjusted at all. I have called again only to hear a recording that they are on vacation for the next 2 weeks which I am completely dumbfounded to learn. I'm finding it very alarming that a business that claims to have a A+ rating cannot return phone calls in a timely matter and cannot complete a simple task at hand. Plus, they are charging us for items that have already been paid for and it was addressed to them. I find them to be very unprofessional and find it even more unsettling that I cannot reach anyone during this time.
