    I purchased my dishwasher and gas range from grand appliance. I purchased both appliances with an extended warranty that I paid extra for. I had to use the extended warranty on both appliances. But when I have tried to use the warranty company I have not been able to use the warranty because the only warranty company that they have tried to send out refuses to service my address. Therefore I have not been able to use the warranty that I paid extra for.

    Previous communication with the extended warranty provider indicates the customer is refusing to allow servicers into their home unless it is a Grand Appliance technician, and has threatened to contact the authorities if any other attempt is made. The customer has made no recent outreach to our customer service department about needing repairs. We will contact the extended warranty provider to contact the customer with an offer to assist.

    that is incorrect information. They wanted a service company called diamond to dispatch out to my house and diamond service company told me that they are unwilling to service my area and theyve even told the warranty company that they dont service my area.

    The servicer confirmed that your household is flagged to not service due to inappropriate and abusive language. Given this information, we agree that it's best we refund you for your extended warranty purchase and allow you to pursue repairs through the servicer of your choice.
