    Horrible company. Stay away. Our basement flooded and we called Aloha since they were local. ********************) came out to look at the damage and gave us a scope of work that was to be done to remediate the flooding. We agreed to the work to be done and asked for an estimate of the work. **** gave us a verbal estimate that we felt comfortable with. We were filing a claim through insurance and **** said we wouldn't have to pay anything (minus the deductible) since we were going through insurance. Work was completed and we didn't hear anything for a little bit. Our insurance company called us and said they would be cutting us the check and not Aloha so we could negotiate with them. Uh oh, red flag. Aloha invoiced us over $2000 that was discussed during our initial meeting. In looking at the invoice I found they put in a bunch of work that wasn't completed. I called ****'s manager ******* to state my displeasure. She said she would review the invoice and send me a new one in 2 days. Didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, then **** sent a new invoice over that was still had work that wasn't done on there & asked if he could come pick up a check. I called them out again on the invoice and they changed it yet again. I called ******* to voice my displeasure with the whole process and she could care less. Wouldn't discuss the pricing at all and offered to come pick up a check from me. Do yourself a favor and go with another remediation company. This one will ***** you for more that what they provide. They want to deal with insurance companies so they can run up the pricing. Substandard work as well. Horrible customer service.
