    I ordered transfers on 12/24 and still have yet to received them. I had to message this guy over and over on IG to finally get bs response that was not accurate. First off, I never got any kind of correspondence about my order or if it was even received. After he finally confirmed it was received he proceeds to say that the file werent uploaded correctly and says I dont have time to try to figure all this out so I took it upon myself to sort all of them myself and even sent the mock-*** to each. And told him to sent me an invoice if there was a difference in the total. A full week goes by and I still dont have an update on my order and hes just reading & not responding to my IG messages, so I decided to call. He answers and acts completely obliviously to my order or the conversation we had and then eventually says ok oh I remember, its right here on the table you should be getting tracking info in the next 30 mins, if you dont call back. 45 mins go by and nothing, I call back and he says oh give me until 1-1:30 and you should see it NOTHING. I call back again and he rejects the call. (Mind you, I have customers thats expecting order updates for tees and this is what he is doing.) I call again this past Monday and its the same thing oh its getting shipped out today So he just creates the **** shipping label to get me off of his back, its been 2 days after creating the label and I txt him to see if **** has possession of my package he says Yes, so I call **** to confirm and the lady tells me that NO they dont have the package he just created a label and it is still in the same location. So I txt him again this morning and tell him this and he responds Ill check when I get to the office. I called and he rejected me and txt and didnt get a response.

    This customer uploaded over 25 images and only paid for 16 so when separate all the 16 from the 25 and ship them to him , the instructions are very clear and I talk him multiple times the order has already shipped
